About COPE ESL
COPE ESL provides free English as a Second Language classes to adults 18+ in New York City. The program welcomes students of all skill levels and immigration statuses, with classes available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and online.
EnglishNY.org is operated for COPE Employment & Training Program, a division of Agudath Israel of America Community Services (501(c)(3)). The program supports immigrant families through English learning, citizenship support, job readiness, and practical community services.
